RIAI Good Practice Guide – 6th Edition
The Good Practice Guide is the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland’s flagship document in RIAI Member services to Architects and Architectural Practices. It is the key RIAI publication providing guidance to Members on running projects and practices. The design challenge was to assemble and pace a large amount of content so that it was an accessible document that didn’t overwhelm the reader.
Initially the brief was to create a screen based document for members to access online however there was a need for a printed document too so that was created after. The process of changing such a large document from a screen format to print was a huge learning experience for me. The Good Practice Guide was designed during my time in WorkGroup under the creative direction of the studio.
